Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using either of the iDreamWithAi properties — RoboBuddy13 (robobuddy13.me) or Primetime Oasis (primetimeoasis.com, including the constellation of free apps such as Galactic Kitchen, Cosmic Baker, Pup Cuisine, Cosmic Lottery Numbers, MindBenderIQ, Cosmic Chess, the Promise Tracker, and the Telethon dashboard), all operated by Cosmic Code Kids, a division of iDreamWithAi (“we,” “us,” “our”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platforms.

Some sections below apply only to RoboBuddy13 (paid subscriptions, Cosmic Student verification) or only to Primetime Oasis (donations, Amazon affiliate links, the Senior Donor Outreach phone program). We’ve flagged the property where it matters.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Users under 13 may access the Free Tier without an account, or with a parent-managed account under COPPA guidelines.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
• The Cosmic Student tier requires a valid college ID for verification.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• One account per person. Bulk or bot-created accounts will be terminated.

4. Service Tiers, Donations & Payments

4.1 Free Tier (both properties)

RoboBuddy13 offers a free book library, reader, and selected features — no credit card, no trial expiration. Primetime Oasis offers the entire app constellation (Galactic Kitchen, Cosmic Baker, Pup Cuisine, Cosmic Lottery Numbers, MindBenderIQ, Cosmic Chess, etc.) completely free for everyone, donor or not. Free means free.

4.2 Paid Tiers (RoboBuddy13 only)

We offer paid subscription tiers (Explorer, Creator, Premium, Cosmic Student) and one-time purchases (Token Booster) on RoboBuddy13. Pricing is listed on robobuddy13.me and may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 3, you retain access through day 30.
• We reserve the right to offer promotional pricing, discounts, or free trials at our discretion.

4.3 Cosmic Student Verification (RoboBuddy13 only)

The Cosmic Student tier requires upload of a valid college ID. We verify enrollment status and delete the uploaded ID within 30 days. Misrepresenting student status is grounds for account termination.

4.4 Donations (Primetime Oasis only)

Donations through Primetime Oasis are voluntary contributions to the iDreamWithAi mission. They are not payments for services or goods.

• You must be at least 18 years old to donate, and the legal owner of the payment method used.
• All donations are processed securely by Stripe with metadata flag type=donation.
• Every donation is split 10% / 10% / 80% at the moment Stripe confirms the charge: 10% to the Senior Support Fund, 10% to the Animal Rescue Fund, 80% to RoboBuddy13 Academy operations. Tracked publicly on the Promise Tracker.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. We will refund accidental double-charges, technical errors, unauthorized charges, and pledges you don’t recall authorizing — see the Donation & Refund Policy.
• iDreamWithAi is not currently a registered 501(c)(3). Your donation is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution under U.S. federal tax law unless and until 501(c)(3) status is granted.
• You can donate via the dialer-sent link, the Promise Tracker page, or directly at primetimeoasis.com.

4.5 VIP Gift Access (Primetime Oasis only)

As a thank-you, donors receive an emailed VIP password granting access to bonus content within the Primetime Oasis apps (premium recipes in Galactic Kitchen / Cosmic Baker / Pup Cuisine, etc.).

• The VIP gift is not the donation’s purpose. Your donation funds the mission. The VIP password is a token of appreciation, not a sale of access. The free tier of every app remains fully available without any donation.
• The VIP password is personal, non-transferable. Sharing it publicly defeats the gesture; we may rotate it if it appears to be circulating.
• The VIP gift has no monetary value attached — you are not buying anything, so there is nothing to refund. If you no longer want the password, simply don’t use it.
• VIP access may be revoked if it is used to violate Section 5 (Acceptable Use), but the underlying donation is not affected by such revocation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content from our platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or AI generation systems.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish our books, content, or SVG illustrations without written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform without prior authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to compromise platform security.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform to train competing AI models on our content.

6. Personalized Content & Subject Requests

• Personalized books are generated using AI based on your subject requests.
• Books generated for you are added to our public library for all users. By requesting a subject, you acknowledge this.
• We aim to fulfill subject requests within 48 hours, but this is a target, not a guarantee. Complex subjects may take longer.
• We reserve the right to decline subject requests that violate our content policies (hate speech, explicit content, illegal activity).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All books, text, illustrations, animated SVGs, code, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of Cosmic Code Kids / iDreamWithAi. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. See our Copyright & COPPA Policy for details.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any original content you submit (e.g., subject request descriptions, support messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for purposes of providing the service (e.g., generating your requested book).

7.3 Personal Use License

Paid subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our content for educational purposes. You may:

• Read, study, and learn from our books.
• Print individual chapters for personal study.
• Share links to our platform with others.

You may not:

• Republish our books on other platforms.
• Sell or redistribute our content.
• Claim authorship of our AI-generated content.
• Use our content to train AI models.

7a. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure (Primetime Oasis)

• Pricing & availability: all prices, product details, and availability on Amazon are set and maintained by Amazon. We have no control over them. Prices shown when you click an affiliate link may change before you complete checkout.
• Bounty programs: sign-up bounties surfaced through our apps (Audible Standard, Prime, Kindle Unlimited, etc., including any limited-time promotions like the May 11 – July 31, 2026 Audible Standard $20 bonus) are governed entirely by Amazon’s Operating Agreement. Eligibility, completion, and payout are determined by Amazon, not by us.
• No endorsement of specific items: our category-level recommendations (e.g., “Pet Beds in the $190–$2,550 range”, “Gourmet kangaroo / ostrich / elk”) are tools to help you discover product types — not endorsements of any specific seller, brand, or item that appears in Amazon’s search results. Read each product’s reviews before purchasing.
• Disclosure placement: per FTC 16 CFR Part 255, the “As an Amazon Associate” line appears in the footer of every Primetime Oasis app that contains affiliate links, plus inside the dismissible Audible Surge banner that runs across the network during the promo window.
• Your choice: if you don’t want us to earn a commission, simply don’t click the affiliate links. Browsing the apps without clicking generates zero commission.

7b. Senior Donor Outreach Phone Calls (Primetime Oasis)

Primetime Oasis funds the RoboBuddy13 Academy mission in part through operator-driven phone outreach. By being on our outreach contact list (sourced from public records) you are not opted-in to a contract; you are simply someone we may try once to introduce the mission to. Your acceptance of these Terms is implied only if you actually use the websites or accept a donation flow.

• Live operator only. Calls are placed by a human caller. We do not use a robocaller or auto-dialer to mass-blast cold numbers.
• Charitable solicitation purpose. Calls are made to introduce the iDreamWithAi mission and the 10/10/80 Promise. Per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) 47 U.S.C. § 227, calls for tax-exempt nonprofit and charitable solicitation purposes have specific exemptions; we apply them in good faith and treat every call as if you were a friend on the other end.
• Pre-recorded voicemail. If you don’t answer, our system may leave a brief pre-recorded voicemail. The voicemail is the same script every time and identifies the caller and purpose.
• No call recording without disclosure. We do not record calls by default. If we ever do, we will disclose it at the start of the call and you may decline; in that case the call will not be recorded.
• Right to opt out at any time. If you tell the operator on the call to stop calling, we will. You can also email donotcall@idreamwithai.com from any address — we honor the request within 24 hours and permanently. Subsequent attempts will not be made.
• Federal & state Do-Not-Call lists. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry where applicable. State-specific charitable solicitation rules vary; we comply with the rules of the state at the called party’s registered address.
• Pledge cancellation. If you pledge a donation on a call and change your mind, you can cancel the pledge before the Stripe charge clears, or request a refund within 30 days — see the Donation & Refund Policy.
• Misuse of the program. Impersonating the outreach team, posing as one of our callers to solicit funds, or otherwise misusing the program is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.

8. Platform Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoboBuddy13 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• AI-generated content will be 100% accurate in all cases (though we strive for high quality). Our books are educational tools, not certified textbooks or professional advice.
• Results from using our platform (grades, skills, employment) are guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Code Kids / iDreamWithAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• By you: You may delete your account at any time. Email support@idreamwithai.com or use account settings.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay. We will provide notice when possible.
• Upon termination, your access to paid features ends. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

12. Dispute Resolution

• We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Contact us first at legal@idreamwithai.com.
• If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, we’ll notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
