Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

iDreamWithAi (“we,” “us,” “our”), with its division Cosmic Code Kids, operates two related properties governed by this Privacy Policy:

• RoboBuddy13 (robobuddy13.me) — AI-generated educational textbooks, interactive learning tools, and the RoboBuddy13 Academy.
• Primetime Oasis (primetimeoasis.com) — the donor-facing network of free apps (Galactic Kitchen, Cosmic Baker, Pup Cuisine, Cosmic Lottery Numbers, MindBenderIQ, Cosmic Chess, and others), the Promise Tracker, and the Senior Donor Outreach phone program that funds the Academy.

Some sections below apply only to one property — for example, paid subscriptions and college ID verification apply only to RoboBuddy13; phone outreach and donation handling apply only to Primetime Oasis. We’ve flagged the property where it matters.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

RoboBuddy13:

• Account registration: Email address, name, and password when you create a RoboBuddy13 account.
• Student verification: College ID photo (if applying for the Cosmic Student tier). Reviewed for verification only and deleted within 30 days of approval.
• Subject requests: Topics you submit for custom book generation.

Primetime Oasis:

• Donations: Donor name, email, and the donation amount. Card details are processed securely by Stripe; we never see, store, or have access to your full card number.
• Shelter nominations: Shelter name, city, state, optional URL, and the nominator’s email (used to prevent duplicate nominations).
• Phone outreach data: If you appear on our senior outreach contact list, we may already hold a record of your name, mailing address, and phone number from publicly available sources. See Section 5b below.
• Call notes & dispositions: When our outreach operator speaks with you, they may write a short, factual note (e.g., “asked to be called back next week,” “not interested,” “donated $50”) which is stored in our internal CRM.

Both properties:

• Support communications: Emails or messages you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, session duration. Collected via privacy-respecting analytics only.
• Device info: Browser type, OS, screen resolution — standard HTTP headers.
• Functional cookies & localStorage: We use browser localStorage for things like theme preference, dismissed promotional banners (e.g., the Audible Surge banner on Primetime Oasis), shopping-list state in Galactic Kitchen, and session management on RoboBuddy13. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect biometric data.
• We do not track your physical location (no GPS, no IP-geolocation profiling).
• We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
• We do not sell or share data with advertisers. Ever.
• When you click an Amazon affiliate link on Primetime Oasis, Amazon collects whatever Amazon collects from any visitor — that is governed by Amazon’s privacy policy, not ours. We have no visibility into your activity on Amazon’s site beyond aggregate click and conversion counts in our Associates dashboard. See Section 5a.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our educational services.
• To generate personalized books and content you request.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To verify student status for educational pricing.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account changes). Never marketing emails unless you opt in.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment and donation processing. Governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Twilio (Primetime Oasis only) — placing the outbound voice calls and dropping pre-recorded voicemails for the Senior Donor Outreach program; receiving senior callbacks. Governed by Twilio’s Privacy Notice.
• Hostinger SMTP / SendGrid — transactional and VIP-access email delivery. Governed by their respective privacy notices.
• Firebase / Google Cloud (RoboBuddy13 only) — hosting and authentication infrastructure. Governed by Google Cloud Privacy Notice.
• Amazon Associates (Primetime Oasis only) — when you click an Amazon affiliate link, you go to Amazon.com and Amazon’s own data practices apply. We receive only aggregate click and conversion counts. See Section 5a.
• Law enforcement — only if legally compelled by valid court order.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take children’s privacy extremely seriously. RoboBuddy13 is designed for learners of all ages, including children under 13.

• We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
• Children under 13 may use our Free Tier without creating an account.
• If account creation is required for a child under 13, verifiable parental consent is obtained first.
• We collect the minimum data necessary for children’s accounts.
• Parents may review, modify, or delete their child’s data at any time by contacting us.
• We do not serve behavioral advertising to children. We do not serve behavioral advertising to anyone.

5a. Amazon Affiliate Program (Primetime Oasis)

What that actually means in privacy terms:

• What we send to Amazon: our affiliate tag (currently primetime1300-20) is appended to the link so Amazon knows the click came from us. Nothing else is sent on our end.
• What Amazon collects: whatever Amazon collects from any visitor — cookies, browsing data, etc. — covered by Amazon’s Privacy Notice. We have no visibility or control over Amazon’s tracking.
• What we earn: a small commission if you purchase or sign up for an Amazon program (Prime, Audible, Kindle Unlimited, etc.). The percentage varies by category and is published in Amazon’s Operating Agreement. Bounty programs (e.g., the limited-time Audible Standard $20 bonus) are governed by Amazon, not by us.
• What we do NOT do: we do not read your Amazon account, see your purchase history, receive any personal information about you from Amazon, or learn what you bought. We see only aggregate click and conversion counts in our Associates dashboard.
• Your choice: if you don’t want us to earn a commission, just don’t click the affiliate links. Browsing the apps without clicking generates zero commission and zero tracking on our end.

This disclosure satisfies the requirements of the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement.

5b. Senior Outreach & Voicemails (Primetime Oasis)

Primetime Oasis funds the RoboBuddy13 Academy mission in part through operator-driven phone outreach. If your number appears on our outreach contact list (sourced from public records), a member of our team may call you to share the mission and invite a voluntary donation.

• Live operator only. Calls are placed by a human caller using a softphone (Twilio WebRTC). We do not use a robocaller or auto-dialer to mass-blast cold numbers.
• Charitable solicitation purpose. Calls are made for the purpose of supporting the iDreamWithAi mission — the Senior Support Fund (free Amazon groceries for seniors in need), the Animal Rescue Fund, and the RoboBuddy13 Academy. Per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) 47 U.S.C. § 227, calls for tax-exempt nonprofit and charitable solicitation purposes have specific exemptions; we apply them in good faith and treat every call as if you were a friend on the other end.
• Pre-recorded voicemail. If you don’t answer, our system may leave a brief pre-recorded voicemail introducing the program (synthesized using Microsoft Ana Neural via edge_tts). The voicemail is identical for every call.
• Call notes. The operator may write a short, factual note about the conversation (e.g., “asked to be called back next week,” “not interested,” “donated $50”). These notes live in our internal CRM and are not shared externally.
• No call recording without disclosure. We do not record calls by default. If we ever do, we will disclose it at the start of the call and you can decline; in that case the call will not be recorded.
• Right to opt out at any time. If you tell the operator on the call to put you on a do-not-call list, we will. You can also email donotcall@idreamwithai.com from any address — we honor the request within 24 hours and permanently. Subsequent attempts will not be made.
• Federal & state Do-Not-Call lists. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry where applicable. State-specific charitable solicitation rules vary; we comply with the rules of the state at the called party’s registered address.

If you believe you received a call that violated these terms, please email privacy@idreamwithai.com with the call date, time, and number called. We investigate within 5 business days.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• College ID photos: Deleted within 30 days of verification.
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
• Support emails: Retained for 2 years, then purged.

7. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, we provide these rights to all users:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request complete deletion of your data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from any optional communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@idreamwithai.com. We respond within 15 business days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit.
• Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest.
• Regular security audits.
• Role-based access controls.
• No plaintext password storage (bcrypt hashing).

9. International Users

Our services are hosted in the United States. If you access RoboBuddy13 from the EU, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our service, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same privacy protections regardless of your location.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we’ll notify registered users by email.
