Donation & Refund Policy

Plain English: Donations to Primetime Oasis are voluntary contributions to the iDreamWithAi mission — 10% goes to the Senior Support Fund (free Amazon groceries for seniors in need), 10% to local Animal Rescue, and 80% keeps the RoboBuddy13 Academy running. Donations are generally non-refundable, and not currently tax-deductible. We will refund accidental double-charges, technical errors, and any phone-pledge you don’t recall authorizing — just email us within 30 days. The free apps are a thank-you gift; they cost you nothing and have nothing to refund.

1. What This Page Covers

This Donation & Refund Policy applies to monetary donations made through the Primetime Oasis network (primetimeoasis.com) and the RoboBuddy13 Senior Donor Outreach phone program. Subject purchases on robobuddy13.me (textbooks) are governed by a separate refund policy on that site.

2. Donations Are Voluntary & Generally Non-Refundable

When you donate to Primetime Oasis, you are making a voluntary contribution to the mission. Once a donation has been received, processed, and committed to one of the three funds, it is generally non-refundable. This is standard for community-funded missions because committed funds cannot be unwound without disrupting ongoing distributions to seniors and animal shelters.

3. The 10 / 10 / 80 Promise

Every donation is split as follows the moment your Stripe payment is confirmed:

10% Senior Support Fund — confidential Amazon grocery deliveries to seniors in need (including pet food).
10% Animal Rescue Fund — supplies, food, beds, and equipment for nominated local animal shelters.
80% Academy Operations — keeps the RoboBuddy13 Academy running so students can learn for free.

Payouts are tracked publicly on the Promise Tracker dashboard. You can verify the split before donating.

4. When We Will Refund

Accidental double-charge: If you were charged twice for the same intended donation, we refund the duplicate within 30 days.
Unauthorized charge: If your card was used without authorization, contact us immediately and your bank simultaneously. We work with Stripe to resolve.
Phone pledge you don’t recall authorizing: If our outreach team called you and you don’t recall agreeing to a donation, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
Technical error: If a Stripe glitch processed an incorrect amount, we refund the difference promptly.

5. When We Will Not Refund

Change of heart more than 30 days after donation. Funds are typically distributed within that window.
Disagreement with how the funds were spent (the split is published publicly — you can verify on the Promise Tracker before and after donating).
Dissatisfaction with the free app access or recipe content received as a thank-you gift. The apps are given freely with no purchase obligation; they are not goods you bought.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first. We will provide Stripe with full transaction evidence; fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. The Free Apps Are a Gift

The Primetime Oasis app constellation — Galactic Kitchen recipes, Cosmic Baker, Pup Cuisine, Cosmic Lottery Numbers, MindBenderIQ, Cosmic Chess, and others — is free with your Donation. Free gift access has no monetary cost and is therefore non-refundable — there is nothing to refund. If you no longer want the VIP password, simply don’t use it.

7. Tax Treatment

Primetime Oasis / iDreamWithAi is not currently a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Your donation is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution under U.S. federal tax law unless and until 501(c)(3) status is granted (we will update this page if that changes). Your donation supports the mission directly; please do not deduct it on your tax return.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email donations@idreamwithai.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the donor email used at checkout, approximate date and amount, and the reason.
We respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days after we process them in Stripe.

9. Stripe & Payment Disputes

All donations are processed by Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank rather than contacting us first, we will provide Stripe with full evidence of the transaction including the donor consent record and any phone-call disposition notes from our outreach system. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us before filing a dispute.

10. Phone Outreach Refunds (Senior Donor Program)

If you received a phone call from our team (typically introducing themselves as “Matthew with RoboBuddy13 Academy”) and pledged a donation:

You may cancel the pledge at any time before the Stripe charge clears (typically within minutes of the call) by emailing us.
If the charge has already cleared, the “phone pledge you don’t recall authorizing” refund described in Section 4 applies for 30 days.
To request that we never call you again, email donotcall@idreamwithai.com from any address. We honor Do-Not-Call requests within 24 hours and permanently.
